Our smoked and cured hams make a great family meal! Our hams are bone-in. Figure about 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person, plus a little more for leftovers.
If you'd like a smaller ham, we recommend our ham ends. Ham ends are the remains of a larger ham that has had the center-cut slices removed. Ham ends can be used the same as the larger hams but will have a bit more bone-to-ham ratio, so we charge less for them. They are perfect if you don't need a full-sized ham.
